The Consulting Committee

The leaders of the Axialys Group rely on a Consulting Committee. The leaders of industry and finance who make it up give Axialys Group their detailed knowledge of the world of businesses, media, and new technologies.

This committee's role is to participate in strategy and guide Axialys in its heavy growth. It is exclusively made up of independent members (who are not associates and not administrators) named by the Chairman.

The members of the committee are:

Patrick Duruy: Corporate Manager

Patrick Duruy

In 1970, Patrick Duruy founded the advertising firm Interdeco, which he led until 1980. From 1980 to 1985,
he wasDirector at Hachette-Filipacchi (publishing, video, books, subscriptions). He then became Director of the firm of Daniel Filipacchi. He has very solid experience in the field of media: In particular, he will be General Manager of the newspaper Jour de France and Chief Executive Officer of the news source CITY Magazine.
Since 2000, Patrick Duruy has beenChief Executive Officer of the group Flex Up. He is also a Consultant with corporate managers and Administrator of multiple companies.

Denys Chalumeau: Manager of companies

Denys Chalumeau is co-founder and Chairman of the Directorate of the Group Seloger.com. An IMAC Engineer and web marketing enthusiasts, he is one of the pioneers of the Internet in France. During the 90s, he founded many web successes, such as Promovacances.com, bdnet.com and Citegay.com. In 1992, he founded the Poliris Group, which publishes sites like Seloger.com, Immostreet.com or Lacoteimmo.com.
In late 2006, the Group became the Seloger Group and went public. Today, Seloger is the French leader in real estate advertising and services for real estate professionals. Denys Chalumeau is also Chairman of the company Belles Demeures administrator of several other companies.

Franck Kelif: Financing Investor

Franck Kelif has more than 10 years professional experience in the fields of investment, most of which as a shareholder of companies going through operational or financial redeployment. After several experiences with mergers and acquisitions within teams at Regent Associates Ltd and ABN AMRO Corporate Finance, he joined Butler Capital Partners in 2000. In 2007, he and his partners founded Perceva Capital, an independent investment company devoted to companies going through restructuring. Franck Kelif graduated from Paris Dauphine University and the Lyon School of Management.

Jean-Emile Rosenblum: Corporate Manager

Jean Emile Rosenblum is the Co-founder and Chief Executive of Pixmania.com (a European leader in e-commerce). Since 2002, he has been president of the Fotovista Group. In 2006, he became a member of DSG International's Steering Committee. (British group, number 3 worldwide in distributing electronic products to the general public, 11 billion euros in sales figures, 40,000 employees).
In 2009, he and his brother Steve founded Dotcorp Asset Management, an investment firm specializing in new technologies. He is Vice President of FEVAD (The French Federation of E-commerce and Distance Selling). He is an administrator at several other companies.

Gabriel Naouri: Managing Executive

After several years in Rothschild & Cie in New York - where he contributed to the sale of Swissport, an airport global service leader,Gabriel Naouri joined L’Oreal USA in 2006 as a Marketing Manager (Garnier).
In 2007 he joined the Casino Group, to work in the French Hypermarket division. Since March 2010, Gabriel Naouri is the COO for the Northern Operations of Géant Casino in France (over 2,500 employees, over €500M of annual sales).
Gabriel Naouri holds a Master degree in Applied Maths from Paris Dauphine University.. In 2008, Gabriel Naouri was elected " Young Global leader " by World Economic Forum.
