Axialys Group is led by a team of managers experienced in new technologies (telecoms, Internet, voice services). Made up of very different profiles that fit well with one another, our management is driven by a shared culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Sacha Doliner, CEO
After starts in large communications groups like Publicis and Carat, between 1999 and 2002, he became General Manager of Mypix, the European leader in photo development. A member of the Pixmani Group's steering committee (a European e-commerce leader, with €800 million in sales in 2007), he also teaches e-business at the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion. In September 2008, he joined Axialys as a general manager. Sacha Doliner is licensed to practice law (Paris II Aassas) and graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion de Paris.
Nicolas Bougues, CTO
Nicolas Bougues began his career as a Telecom and IT Engineer in 1996, atGibbon Informatique, then at DataImage. In 1999, he co-founded Axialys Networks. In 2000, Axialys Networks became a subsidiary of the Axialys group, which he assumed technical management for. Nicolas Bougues is a FIIFO Engineer (Orsay / Paris XI) and holds a Masters in General Management of Organizations from the Institut Français de Gestion (Paris X).
Michaël Doliner, Sales Manager
After several commercial experiences, particularly in finance, Michaël Doliner joined Axialys Group in 2002 as a Development Manager. In 2004, he became Associate Director in charge of Sales. With 9 years of experience in the services, he works daily to satisfy our customers. Michaël Doliner holds a Masters in General management of Organizations from the Institut Français de Gestion (Paris X).
Frédéric Marsot, Media Director
After a communications license, a master's in applied information technology and a stay at CNRS,
Frédéric Marsot joined Axialys as an R&D project manager. In 2001, he became an associate.
With 15 years of experience in voice, mainly with the media sector, Frédéric Marsot currently leads Axialys Group's Media division.
Alexandre Vanhove, Telecom and Wholesale Director
Alexandre Vanhove has 15 years of experience in telecoms. He began his career in 1994 at N’Soft, then at Western Télécom. In 1999, he joined Tiscali France as a Project Manager, then joined the Sales Management of Worldline Communication. In 2002, he became Associate Director in charge of Telecoms within Axialys Group.
Cécile Amar, Communication Director
After a Masters in business law, Cécile Amar began her career as a Communication Manager, then as a Communications Manager in associations and cultural affairs. In 2003, she became a Senior Press Relations Manager within the agency Clipping-traitdunion, which specializes in new technologies. In 2007, with 10 years experience in communication, Cécile Amar joined Axialys Group's Communication Management.
Jonathan Attali, Director of Web Projects
After beginning his career at Bouygues Télécom, Jonathan Attali joined Pixmania (a European e-commerce leader, with €800 million in sales in 2007), as a Project Manager. In 2004, he became Director of New Projects at Mypix, a European leader in photo development. Then, in 2006, the Assistant General Manager in charge of marketing and logistics. In 2008, he joined Axialys with management of the Web division. Jonathan Attali holds a Masters in Management Sciences (MSG) and a Marketing DESS degree from the University of Sorbonne-Paris 1.
Bruno Mazouz, B2C websites managerwww.reductel.com et www.jibtel.com
After creating and managing for several years the company SSII D.M.D, Bruno Mazouz joined CENTENIUM group (French leader in aid-grant councelling for companies) as a branch manager. Thanks to his management experiences, he joined in 2009 Axialys team to develop the group B2C services.He has an engineer degree from ESIEA school (Paris).
Internet development manager
After several experiences in the internet field,Florent Verney joined the group Goadv (Online Media - Alternext: GOADV) as a Development manager for Europe. In 2008, he became J2 Global development manager for Europe (J2 Global is a Telecommunication company - Nasdaq: JCOM). He joined late 2009 Axialys managers team. Florent Verney has two master's degrees in Sciences and management from ISTIA.
