Axialys group's hosting platform
The IVR platform interactive voice servers, is based on proprietary solution that runs on Linux.
In Integrated within the data center, it currently offers a capacity of handling more than 1000 simultaneous calls through the IVR and 1000 calls with pure switching, or more than 2000 calls in peak times.
Our servers are all connected to our storage system as well as our network, so as to be able to access any useful resource locally or over the Internet (database, site, etc.)
Monitoring is done centrally, and includes load verification, as well as ensuring that outside lines and applications run correctly.
An alert device, incorporated into our global system, enables immediate action in the event of any failure whatsoever.
Security and maintenance
Everything is implemented so that our clients can benefit from better quality of service and to maximally limit service downtime. We and automatically monitor the operation of our devices, from electrical power to Web applications, and including network connectivity and air-conditioning.
The security set up within our platform deals with several levels:
- Data security
Data (database) security is ensured both by constant hard drive replication (RAID 1 or 5), by a daily backup on DAT tapes, backup servers, and NAS backup. - Power security
The entire technical center is equipped with an 18 KVAuninterruptible power supply guaranteeing that the supply voltage of the equipment is regulated (voltage peaks).
Additionally, the servers are equipped with redundant power guarantee maximum reliability in the event that the power supply module should deteriorate. A system of secure, state-of-the-art inverters thereby makes the power source of our facilities secure.
If there is a major electrical outage, the facilities are thereby protected. - Access security
AXIALYS' technical centre is completely secure, both for access controls (video monitoring, badges, and human controls, etc.) and fire safety (smoke detectors) and flood protection. - Maintenance security, network monitoring
The servers are monitored 24/7 by a team of on-call system administrators who can take immediate action on any of the problems that may arise (drive shutdown, server crash, intrusion attempt).
